SMART-Clinic is an advanced and user friendly tool designed for a simultaneous, comprehensive and objective evaluation of the neuromuscular and biomechanical parameters of the patient including the analysis of several body segments: gait, reaching, pointing, grasping, postural behavior, etc.

SMART-Clinic allows the user to evaluate in real time all the integrated and synchronized information to obtain an objective data based report.


SMART-Clinic is the perfect diagnostic aid to plan orthopaedic surgery, to validate pharmacologic or rehabilitation therapy and to select the best orthesis for the patient.

  • Complete motion analysis fully integrated with kinematic, kinetic, electromyographic and footswitch data, as well as elaboration and report for cyclic events, such as walking phases in the case of gait analysis.

  • BTS THOR2 bar based calibration for a fast system set up even with obstacles in the field of view.

  • Automatic kinematic tracking.

  • Marker placement in accordance with internationally recognized protocols: DAVIS, HELEN HAYES, RAB, LAMB, OXFORD FOOT MODEL, etc.

  • Several analysis protocols for the analysis of the motion of different body segments are available.

  • Database for management of patient trials and sessions and clinical report generation.

  • Patient database statistics: the patient database can be queried according to various criteria such as patient age, sex, pathology groups, gait or motion analysis trial day. The queries may be run on screen from graphical user interface or printed in PDF format.

  • Data export in excel format and text format (ASCII).

  • The software includes normative data of different motion types, divided into adults and children category.
