Training
BTS Bioengineers with years of clinical experience will be in charge of training and laboratory start-up. These services are optional and to be determined when the order is placed; training duration varies depending on the actual needs of the customer.
On the job training teaches the user to manage the operating systems using standard protocols as well as to create custom clinical and research protocols with a large degree of autonomy.
Long term tutoring is also available.

A new service has been created based on user requests. BTS Secure.
The purpose of this service is to ensure each laboratory operates under the best possible conditions achieving results that exceed expectations both in terms of quality and productivity.
BTS Secure is built so that everyday activities rest on three strong supports:
PROACTIVE support:
Ticketing
A Bioengineer TEAM is in charge of customer support, responding quickly to customer questions thanks to a priority line.
The ticket will be managed via email, telephone, or video conference depending on the type of support needed; it will be transferred to technical support if it concerns hardware.
Tuning Session
An annual telediagnosis work session is scheduled (via the web) aimed at checking, optimizing, and tuning the BTS systems and related software installed at the laboratory as well as optimizing the business.

Every month you can participate in a Web-based seminar, which is a presentation, lesson, workshop, or seminar by experts in movement analysis, transmitted over the Web.
All that is needed is an Internet connection and a personal computer with a microphone or speaker.
The schedule will be available online, three months in advance.
