This May, BTS staff has installed at the University of Cincinnati a new DX 5000 system. Professor Shaffner and his students were enthusiastic about the versatility of the system, used for the kinematic analysis of robot and the radio remote control of the same. Another application that was appreciated is that the electromyography can be integrated with the ergonomic studies.

Saturday May 7, took place the training day for the electromiographic evaluation of teeth’s malocclusion promoted by ANDI Veneto.
Prof. Dr. Gianluca Tartaglia explained the application on the new method BTS TMJOINT in daily practice, illustrating some clinical cases and their recovery pathways.
Participants were in fact able to attend the practical use of the system, from the data acquisition to the reporting and the construction of the corrective actions.
