Last November we told you about the experience of CRIT in Mexico that since 2000 has adopted BTS technologies.
We are proud to announce that the agreement for the third technological renewal of BTS systems has now become reality thanks to the recent installation of the latest version of BTS GAITLAB, the complete laboratory for the movement analysis in the clinical field, the only solution in the world combining all the most advanced technologies available, designed and built by a single manufacturer.
The team of the movement analysis laboratory will now be able to count not only on the best quality guaranteed by the latest generation instrumentation, but also on a greater number of optoelectronic cameras for an ever greater accuracy of the acquired data, on a 20-probe electromyography system and on an INFINI-T system consisting of 6 digital force platforms.
The laboratory has also enriched its technological portfolio with the inertial sensor G-WALK and with the pressure analysis platform P-WALK.
We are confident that the Telethon foundation will therefore be able to further improve the quality of its services to meet the needs of patients with rare diseases, by financing the best scientific research on rare genetic diseases and using cutting-edge technologies such as ours to provide concrete answers to those who are affected.
A special thanks to the whole staff of the center who committed themselves with our close collaboration so that this installation was possible despite the difficult period we are facing due to the health emergency covid19.
