Utilizzando il <strong>sistema di motion capture a infrarossi BTS SMART-DX<\/strong> e le <strong>piattaforme di forza BTS P-6000<\/strong>, i ricercatori hanno misurato parametri chiave della prestazione come l\u2019altezza di salto, il tempo di contatto, l\u2019indice di forza reattiva e il tasso medio di sviluppo della forza. I risultati evidenziano che l\u2019allenamento con DJ da un\u2019altezza di 50 cm migliora efficacemente la funzionalit\u00e0 del ciclo stiramento\u2013accorciamento, l\u2019adattabilit\u00e0 neuromuscolare e la prestazione di salto, ma solo quando il volume di allenamento \u00e8 mantenuto pari o inferiore a 200 salti. Il superamento di questa soglia comporta affaticamento, riduzione della performance nel CMJ e un aumento del rischio di infortunio.
