(2020) hanno studiato il salto spaccato nella ginnastica ritmica utilizzando due tecniche di rincorsa: una corsa semplice e un <em>chass\u00e9<\/em>, analizzate con <strong>telecamere BTS Bioengineering SMART-DX<\/strong> e <strong>piattaforme di forza<\/strong>. La corsa semplice ha prodotto una maggiore spinta al decollo, mentre il <em>chass\u00e9<\/em> ha portato a una maggiore <strong>altezza di volo<\/strong>, <strong>velocit\u00e0 verticale<\/strong>, <strong>angoli di spaccata<\/strong> e accelerazione angolare, riflettendo una migliore coordinazione e un maggiore slancio degli arti.
