First installation of the new NIRVANA in Taiwan

We are very pleased to announce that the Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of Taipei Veterans General Hospital(Taipei, Taiwan) has installed the first new version of NIRVANA.

The Physical Medicine and Rehabilitation Department of the hospital includes three divisions: General Rehabilitation, Neurological Rehabilitation and Orthopedic Rehabilitation, to offer a comprehensive multi-disciplinary program of physical medicine, among which physical therapy, occupational therapy and speech therapy are the best of its kind in Taiwan. It was the first in Taiwan to initiate psychosocial rehabilitation and occupational rehabilitation services for patients.

In addition, the department has our electromyography system that will be used in combination with the NIRVANA system to evaluate the post-treatment recovery of muscular function based on our virtual reality system.
