Measure and visualize 3D force vector in real-time for assessing performance and reduce risk of injuries
PODIUM allows to assess the symmetry and strength of the athlete in static and dynamic conditions in a few minutes, allowing to improve training, prevent injuries and accelerate recovery of optimal conditions.
The simplicity and speed of the tests allow to quickly and frequently examine entire teams of athletes without altering the normal training processes.
Thanks to the cameras synchronised with the 3D force platforms, it is possible to view the force vectors superimposed on the athlete in real time, allowing them to understand how their performance changes in relation to the posture, power and movement expressed.
In the post-injury rehabilitation process, it becomes a support tool necessary to provide the athlete with awareness of their condition by gradually loading the injured limb.

What it is about
The system consists of 2 P-6000 triaxial force plates and 2 high-resolution video cameras.
The P-6000 force plates record the 3 components of the ground reaction force, the coordinates of the Centre of Pressure (COP) and the torque. The software returns in real time the image taken by the cameras with the superimposition of the force vectors.
Thanks to augmented reality, PODIUM makes the force vector recorded by the platforms visible in real-time. This allows a visual and immediate assessment of the force exerted during the athlete’s contact with the ground in terms of intensity and direction, checking for any overexertion of the joint centres during the phases of the movement analysed.
Thanks to the augmented reality cameras and vectors that can be overlaid, the athlete can understand how their performance changes in relation to posture, power and movement expressed.
PODIUM is equipped with a library of analysis protocols that allow to evaluate the symmetry and strength of the athlete in static and dynamic conditions in a few minutes. Each protocol provides an easy-to-read report containing graphs and space-time parameters, as well as the distribution of forces during specific motor tasks.
