The Influence of Repeated Drop Jump Training on Countermovement Jump Performance
This study investigates the impact of different drop jump heights (30, 40, and 50 cm) on countermovement jump (CMJ) performance in 18 male athletes. Using motion capture and force plates, it was found that 50 cm drop jumps significantly improved CMJ metrics. Data analysis involved repeated ANOVA measures and post hoc comparisons.
