GAMMA-Workshop 2025: 30 Years of Movement Analysis in Vienna

GAMMA-Workshop 2025: 30 Years of Movement Analysis in Vienna

The GAMMA-Workshop – Wien 2025 will take place on November 21 and 22, 2025 at the Orthopädisches Spital Speising in Vienna. The event celebrates the 30th anniversary of the Gait and Movement Analysis Laboratory, whose activity has grown to reach approximately 700 gait analyses per year. The event, entitled “Einsatz der Bewegungsanalyse im klinischen Alltag” (The Use of Movement Analysis in Clinical Practice), is aimed at demonstrating the importance and integration of movement analysis into daily clinical practice, with a special focus on motor disorders in pediatric orthopedics and common orthopedic problems.

Focus on Diagnosis and Clinical Application

The program is structured to offer both theoretical lectures and practical in-depth sessions on the clinical use of movement analysis. A central element is the four practical workshops dedicated to the detailed interpretation of 3D Gait Analysis data. The sessions will address the analysis of kinematic and kinetic pathways in crucial areas such as the pelvis/trunk, hip, knee, and ankle/foot. The workshop is an excellent opportunity for the exchange of experiences among colleagues and for discussion on the clinical application of the results.

BTS FREEEMG and BAIOBIT Representing Innovation

BTS will participate as an active part of the event, showcasing its systems: BTS FREELAB, an integrated solution for muscular functional assessment, and BAIOBIT, a support tool for evaluating motor function and executing therapeutic exercises for patients. Don’t miss the chance to test the future of diagnostics: book your spot at the GAMMA-Workshop now and come meet us to revolutionize your clinical approach!
