Continuity and coherence of the treatment from hospital to home
BTS TELEREHAB is a Telemedicine platform that enables the provision of accredited Teleconsultation, Telehealth, and Telerehabilitation services, guaranteeing continuity and coherence between the traditional rehabilitation service and the home service.
The patient, thanks to BTS TELEREHAB, can continue the treatment process started in the clinic at home, avoiding unnecessary travel.
BTS TELEREHAB can be accessed by several users at the same time and allows audio and video connections between doctor and patient or caregiver from any device connected to the Internet.
The BTS TELEREHAB Teleconsultation is not a simple video call but a full-fledged medical service, which allows you to:
- Update the medical record in real time with the patient’s anamnestic, diagnostic, and therapeutic information;
- Exchange clinical documentation with the patient or the caregiver;
- Record the time and duration of the call to certify its execution;
- Automatically generate the visit report.
Thanks to the Telerehabilitation module, the patient continues to carry out the motor and cognitive recovery therapy started in the clinic, at home.
The patient kit includes all the necessary technology, including an internet connection, and connects to the TV set at home. During the Telerehabilitation session, the therapist has the complete remote control of the system and guides the patient in the correct execution of the tests and exercises, constantly monitoring the vital parameters.

BTS TELEREHAB is a solution developed in full compliance with legislation and the GDPR and is part of the healthcare services provided remotely for reimbursement purposes.
Reporting and statistics
The management software in the cloud makes it possible to keep track of all the activities carried out with the patient for refund purposes and to carry out statistical calculations to evaluate the effectiveness of the services provided.
Integrability with information systems
BTS TELEREHAB integrates with the information and Telemedicine systems already used at the facility, through the HL7 international standards for the transfer of clinical data between software applications.
Continuity of treatment
BTS TELEREHAB allows patients to be adequately supported during their return home, guaranteeing effective rehabilitation through the motor and cognitive telerehabilitation module and a constant high-quality health service through the teleconsultation module.
Easy to use
The patient only has to take off the small PC already equipped with an active Internet connection from the Patient Kit, connect it to the home TV and wait for the doctor's call.
Mirror therapy
During motor rehabilitation, thanks to the visual feedback of his own image reflected in the home television, the patient is helped in performing the movements, without the use of avatars.
Sensor-guided therapy
Motor exercises and functional evaluation tests for all body areas are conducted using a wireless sensor worn by the patient and which allows the doctor to quantify the fundamental kinematic parameters of the motor task performed in real time.
Pulsoxymeter
The ring pulse oxymeter, integrated in the Telerehabilitation module and worn by the patient on the finger, allows the clinician to monitor blood saturation and heart rate values during remote therapy execution.
Report
At the end of the Telerehabilitation and Teleconsultation sessions, the management software automatically generates the report by drawing all the information from the fields previously filled in by the clinician. The report is stored in a special secure folder on the cloud.

Cloud manager
The cloud-based management software allows dialogue and management of all doctor-patient activities:
– Schedule appointments using the shared agenda;
– Access the patient database to consult and update the medical record;
– Automatically create reports;
– Keep track of all the activities carried out for reporting with the possibility of making statistics.
The software manages different access levels. All registered users of the medical center can access at any time using any device connected to the Internet. The cloud management system complies with the regulation for the protection and security of sensitive patient data.
Televisit
The patient receives a link to connect to the planned appointment through any electronic device (computer, tablet, smartphone) without the need to install any application. Through the link, the patient or the caregiver can start to send in advance the clinical documents to the virtual clinic so that they are already available to the doctor at the time of the session.
When starting the teleconsultation, in compliance with ministerial directives, the patient must authenticate using the OTP code.
BTS TELEREHAB also allows you to perform multidisciplinary videoconferences in Teleconsultation, involving multiple professionals for the discussion of a particular clinical case in the absence or presence of the patient.
Cognitive therapy
The proposed cognitive rehabilitation exercises aim to restore or compensate for the impaired cognitive functions that may occur in patients with neurological problems, in particular by training specific cognitive domains such as memory, attention, executive functions, and perception.
Motor therapy
Under the direct and constant remote control of the clinician connected by videoconference, the patient at home continues the rehabilitation process. During motor rehabilitation sessions, the patient wears a sensor that measures the movements performed in real-time, allowing the clinician to remotely monitor the correct execution of the exercises. In addition to the proposed therapeutic exercises, functional evaluation tests are also included for patient follow-up.
